The Blue Smart IP67 charger is the wireless solution for monitoring voltage and current, adjusting settings and updating the charger when new features become available.

Water, oil or dirt cannot damage the Blue Smart IP67 charger. The housing is made of cast aluminum and the electronics
is coated with resin.
Highest charging efficiency ever!
Setting a new industry standard: With an efficiency of at least 92% or more, these chargers produce three to four times less
heat. What's more, once the battery is fully charged, power consumption drops to less than one watt, which is about five to ten times better than the industry standard.
Adaptive 5-stage charging algorithm: "Bulk" (constant current phase) - "Absorption" (constant voltage phase) - "Recondition"
(regeneration phase), - "Float" (charge retention voltage phase)-"Storage" (storage mode)
The Blue Smart charger is characterized by its microprocessor-controlled, "adaptive" battery management. "Adaptive" means that the charging process is automatically adapted to the type of battery use.
Storage mode: Less maintenance and ageing when the battery is at rest.
Storage mode is always activated if the battery has not been discharged within 24 hours. In storage mode, the charge retention voltage is then reduced to 2.2 V/cell (13.2 V for a 24 V battery) to minimize gas development and corrosion on the positive plates. Once a week, the voltage is increased to the level of the gassing voltage. This provides a kind of equalizing charge that prevents electrolyte stratification and sulphation - the two main causes of premature battery failure.

Lithium-ion batteries are charged using a simple - constant current phase - constant voltage phase - charge maintenance voltage phase
algorithm.
Recovery function for fully discharged batteries
Will initiate charging even if the battery has been discharged to zero volts.
Restores the connection to a fully discharged lithium-ion battery with integrated disconnect function.
Overheating protection
Can be used in a hot environment such as an engine room. The output current is reduced when the temperature rises up to 60 °C, but the charger does not fail.

Yellow LED: Constant charge phase (flashes quickly); constant voltage phase (flashes slowly); float voltage phase (lights up); storage voltage phase (off).
