Cable lugs TYPE A-M are made of electrolytic copper tube (SE-Cu according to DIN 13600). The tube wall thickness guarantees the best electrical conductivity and mechanical protection against vibrations and conductor pull-out. Our cable lugs are annealed to guarantee optimum ductility; this is essential as the cable lugs have to withstand severe deformation during crimping and the usual twisting of the lug during use. The connectors must also ensure reliable contact in the event of oscillations and vibrations. Under these circumstances, hardness plays a decisive role in preventing breaks and cracks. The inspection hole ensures that the conductor is inserted correctly. The sleeve length has been chosen to ensure easy and correct positioning between the crimping inserts during crimping.

NOQON charging boosters: NB & NBS series They give freedom and save time: the NOQON charging boosters in the NB and NBS series. The letters NB in the series designations stand for "Battery Booster", the special devices for battery charging. This is where the NOQON charging boosters differ from conventional chargers: They allow a 12-volt battery to be charged by another 12-volt battery (battery-to-battery method, B2B for short). The charging process is controlled: the charging booster continuously checks the battery via the measuring lines to ensure that neither the supply battery is overcharged nor the starter battery discharged while driving. NOQON NBS models - charge boosters with integrated solar charge controller The S in the one NB series stands for the integrated solar charge controller, which, as an MPPT version, exceeds the efficiency of a conventional PWM charge controller. When the journey is interrupted or the vehicle arrives at its destination, solar charging starts automatically via the solar modules on the vehicle roof. The NOQON NBS 30 achieves a solar charging output of up to 250 W/20 A, the NOQON NBS 60 even up to 430 W/30 A. Charging process in three steps: Step 1: Maximum current up to the target value for constant voltage charging Step 2: Current decreases, constant voltage charging mode starts, charging time around 2 hours Step 3: Stop constant voltage charging at 12.6 volts battery voltage and start trickle charging Installing the NOQON charge booster The battery technology is selected via a DIP switch: Lithium or lead-acid/AGM/gel. The connection for the NOQON Charge Monitor CM 1 and the external NOQON Bluetooth dongle BTD1 is located on the battery booster. A monitor or smartphone informs the user about the current battery charge status, among other things. Further connections, for example for a voltage measurement cable, temperature sensor or additional supply batteries, are also available. Alternator as generator The vehicle alternator works like an electric generator, which is driven by the combustion engine to charge the starter battery and consumer devices. When the starter battery is finally charged depends on its initial state of charge and the duration of the journey. If the battery is full, it can no longer hold any reserves. This is where the NOQON charge booster comes in handy. It takes over the energy that is energy and stores it in an additional battery. Loss-free charging For optimum battery charging, the NOQON charge booster automatically adjusts the voltage measurement cables to the required values using an exact charging characteristic. In doing so, it compensates for line losses and voltage fluctuations from the generator that occur while driving - both for the battery and for the 12-volt consumer devices. NOQON charge booster - safety functions at a glance: Overvoltage and undervoltage protection of the main battery Undervoltage protection of the starter battery Overload protection for B2B charging Overheating protection Reverse protection NOQON NBS models only: PV overload protection NOQON NBS models only: PV overvoltage protection

NOQON INVERTER WITH PURE SINE WAVE AND MANY ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS HIGH EFFICIENCY AND SAFETY FOR ALL TYPES OF ELECTRICAL LOADS With the compact and lightweight high-frequency inverter of the NSC series from NOQON, you can convert your battery direct current into pure sinusoidal 230V alternating current. No more problems with sensitive loads, the NSC2512 from NO QON will power them all!In addition to all modern basic functions, the NSC2512 also offers the latest additional functions such as Connection option for the multifunction remote control Soft start (soft start) Overvoltage protection Undervoltage protection (saves the batteries) Overload protection Overheating protection Reverse polarity protection (fuse blows) Shutdown in case of overload Various acoustic warning signals in the event of problems NOQON inverters have the CE mark and the ECE test mark (E-mark). PURE SINE WAVE 100% PURE POWER LIKE FROM HOME More and more electronic loads are becoming more complex in their design and can no longer be operated with "modified sine wave current" from inferior inverters. The prerequisite for trouble-free operation is a pure sine wave current from NOQON's NSC series - just like from the socket at home! Gone are the days of streaks in the TV picture or humming and interference in audio and hi-fi applications. Restrictions for consumers in mobile use are now a thing of the past. HIGH POWER RESERVES POWER WHEN IT COUNTS Thanks to many integrated protective circuits, durable power electronics and intelligent microprocessor control, the NSC2512 guarantees high overload capacity (for high starting currents of inductive loads). 150% of continuous power for 10 seconds 200% power for 2 seconds With a continuous output of 2500W, this corresponds to 3750W for 10 seconds and 5000W for 2 seconds. This means that loads with high starting currents or with short-term high peak consumption can also be used without restrictions. HIGH-QUALITY COMPONENTS THE FIRST IMPRESSION IS NOT DECEPTIVE The NSC2512 has a very robust design, but thanks to its quiet active fan cooling it is whisper-quiet and extremely efficient, making it suitable for continuous operation. Thanks to high-quality electronic components and the latest high-frequency technology, it is able to achieve efficiencies of up to 90% with minimal power consumption. In addition to active fan cooling, the sturdy ribbed aluminum housing coated with European powder coating guarantees maximum passive cooling and therefore whisper-quiet continuous operation. INTEGRATED MULTI-STAGE BATTERY CHARGER INTEGRATED IUOU CHARGER WITH TRICKLE CHARGING With its maximum charging voltage of 14.4V, the integrated and intelligent charger is suitable for AGM, gel and LiFePo4 (with BMS) batteries as well as standard wet batteries. How it works: Charging takes place in two automatic stages, which ensure a gentle charge of the feeding batteries. At the end of the main charging phase, the integrated charger automatically switches to trickle charging. The trickle charge keeps the battery constantly at a level that is gentle on you and thus actively counteracts the natural self-discharge of the battery and premature ageing due to so-called "sulphation". This means that batteries can also be used permanently with the integrated charger of the NSC series. MAINS PRIORITY CIRCUIT OR BATTERY PRIORITY WITH INTEGRATED USV (UPS MODE)GENUINE UNINTERRUPTIBLE POWER SUPPLY (UPS) The NSC's built-in mains priority circuit allows you to switch on an external 230V power source when the batteries are empty or simply when required, without disrupting the ongoing operation of consumers. The intelligent built-in IUoU charger simultaneously charges the battery(ies) and automatically switches to trickle charging as soon as the battery(ies) are full. This is how it works:As soon as a mains voltage is registered at the AC input of the device (e.g. switching on from the household current or generator), it automatically switches to mains operation + charging within a lightning-fast 16ms. The inverter feeds the mains current through and switches the inverter function to "standby". This means that all consumers can continue to be used without further intervention and without draining the battery. When the external 230V voltage is removed, the system automatically switches back to battery supply within 16ms.

Please note that the solar charge controller may only be used with solar panels up to the maximum power rating (Wp) and below the maximum permissible voltage (Voc). Furthermore, the controller is not suitable for an input-side connection (+/- solar panels) of wind, water, fuel or motor generators, power supply units, batteries or other power sources. MPP solar controller for high-quality motorhomes, caravans and boats. Votronic solar controllers of the "MPP" (Maximum Power Point) series with "IU1oU2" charging characteristic are connected as a link between solar panel(s) and battery(ies). With MPP technology, the controller automatically determines the maximum power output (MPP) of the solar modules several times per second. It then transforms the excess voltage of the solar module into a higher charging current for the battery (realized by high-frequency switching controller technology with high efficiency). This additional charging current ensures shorter charging times and the best possible power utilization of the solar system. The MPP solar controllers operate fully automatically, are maintenance-free and offer the following functions: MPP charging current increase of 10 % to 30 % (efficiency > 95 %) compared to conventional controllers thanks to the use of state-of-the-art controller technology (microprocessor). The increase in performance is particularly noticeable at cooler times of the year and e.g. during high fog conditions, low and diffuse lighting (wintering). For charging lead-gel, lead-AGM, lead-acid batteries or LiFePO4 complete batteries (with integrated BMS, balancing, safety circuit and approval!) of the specified nominal voltages and the co-supply of consumers connected to these batteries in permanently installed systems with the specified battery capacities and charging programs. The charging voltage is free of peaks and regulated in such a way that overcharging of the batteries is excluded. Two battery charging outputs: Automatic charging of the main supply on-board battery (BORD I) as well as support charging and charge retention (max. 1 A) of the vehicle starter battery (Start II) with protection against overcharging.Monitoring-free charging: Standard protection against overload, overheating, reverse polarity and battery reverse discharge (if solar power is too low, e.g. at dusk, at night, etc.).Parallel/buffer operation: Compliance with charging regulations even when loads are operated simultaneously.Overcharge protection: Regulates the charging current of the battery back if there is too much solar power and the battery is full, ensures that the battery is charged to the highest possible level by immediately recharging when power is consumed."IU1oU2" charging characteristic: Defined charging voltage increase (U1) prevents harmful acid stratification (lead) and ensures equalization charging of the individual battery cells (lead and lithium), followed by automatic trickle charging (U2).Charging cable compensation: Voltage losses on the charging cables are automatically compensated for.On-board power supply filter: problem-free parallel operation with wind and motor generators, mains chargers, alternators, etc.CI bus connection: for displaying all relevant data on a central vehicle displayMeasuring output for EBL, possibly existing electrical block in the living area of the vehicle: Enables the convenient use of a (solar) current display built into the electrical block to check the solar system. Please check the compatibility of your Schaudt electrical block (EBL) and the corresponding control and display panel in advance, as we cannot accept any liability for this.Switching output "AES" (only MPP 260 CI, MPP 360 CI and MPP 440 CI): Causes refrigerators with "AES" (Automatic Energy Selector, Electrolux / Dometic) to switch automatically from gas to 12 V operation if there is a permanent abundance of excess solar power.Connection for battery temperature sensor (art. no. 2001): In the case of lead batteries, the charging voltage is automatically adjusted to the battery temperature, resulting in a better full charge of the weaker battery in cold weather and avoiding unnecessary battery gassing and stress in summer temperatures.LiFePO4 batteries: Battery protection at high and especially low temperatures, highly recommended if the battery temperature can fall below 0°C during operation.Ready to plug in for connection of the Votronic LCD Solar Computer S solar display units for optimum control of the system.
