Diese interessante Gerätekombination bestehend aus 3-fach Thermometer und genauer Quartzuhr und wird aus dem Fahrzeug-Bordnetz betrieben. Hervorzuheben ist der geringe Stromverbrauch der Einheit sowie die große LCD-Anzeige, die auch aus weiterer Entfernung sehr gut ablesbar ist. Bei ungünstigen Lichtverhältnissen sorgt die eingebaute weiße Hinterleuchtung des Displays für eine gute Ablesbarkeit. Der Thermometerteil misst die Raumtemperatur durch den im Gerät eingebauten Sensor. Zusätzlich ist die externe Fernmessung durch den mitgelieferten Außenfühler vorgesehen. Er wird im Außenbereich z. B. unter der vorderen Stoßstange des Fahrzeugs montiert und kann hier die Außentemperatur erfassen. Ein weiterer externer Messeingang 3 ist beispielsweise zur Überwachung der Medikamentenaufbewahrung, von Kühlboxen oder Wärmeboxen etc. hervorragend geeignet. Bei einer Messauflösung von 0,1°C betragen die Messbereiche aller Sensoren -30°C bis +70°C. Der Uhrenteil umfasst die Anzeige Minuten und Stunden im 24 Stunden Anzeigeformat und den blinkenden Doppelpunkt zur Funktionskontrolle. In der unteren Zeile kommt der Wochentag zur Anzeige. Die Uhr arbeitet mit hoher Genauigkeit und besitzt eine Gangreserve gegen Spannungsausfall. Der Crash-Sensor wird zwischen Wechselrichter und Fernbedienung geschleift und schaltet diesen im Falle eines Unfalls automatisch ab. Dies erfüllt die Anforderungen der DIN VDE 0100-717, die eine automatische Notabschaltung von Stromerzeugungseinrichtungen vorschreibt, welche Spannung größer der Kleinspannung führen.
