Cable lugs TYPE A-M are made of electrolytic copper tube (SE-Cu according to DIN 13600). The tube wall thickness guarantees the best electrical conductivity and mechanical protection against vibrations and conductor pull-out. Our cable lugs are annealed to guarantee optimum ductility; this is essential as the cable lugs have to withstand severe deformation during crimping and the usual twisting of the lug during use. The connectors must also ensure reliable contact in the event of oscillations and vibrations. Under these circumstances, hardness plays a decisive role in preventing breaks and cracks. The inspection hole ensures that the conductor is inserted correctly. The sleeve length has been chosen to ensure easy and correct positioning between the crimping inserts during crimping.

Bluetooth Connector S-BC from Votronic The Votronic Energy Monitor consists of a special communication module (Bluetooth Connector S-BC) which, in conjunction with a Votronic solar charge controller (from 2014 serial number (serial number 14Vxx.xxxxx)) with LCD Solar Computer S and/or the LCD Battery Computer S or VPC Jupiter with Smart Shunt, also transmits the values shown on the corresponding display to a mobile device via Bluetooth. The required app for Android or IOS is available free of charge in the Google Play Store or IOS App Store Connecting the Bluetooth Connector S-BC is very easy. It is simply plugged between the Votronic solar charge controller and the LCD Solar Computer S or between the Smart Shunt and the LCD Battery Computer S or VPC Jupiter using the modular cable included in the scope of delivery. The device has 2 inputs and 2 outputs, so that 1 solar controller with LCD solar computer and 1 Smart Shunt with LCD battery computer or VPC Jupiter can be connected together to a communication module.
