Automatic trickle charger for car and motorcycle batteries
The MXS 3.8 is a 7-stage, microprocessor-controlled charger with trickle charge function for batteries between 1.2 Ah and 85 Ah. The range of functions includes a battery diagnosis that determines whether the battery can accept and hold a charge, a patented desulphation program and a "snowflake" program for charging in cold environments. Also included are adjustable programs for charging smaller and normal batteries. The MXS 3.8 uses CTEK's patented Float/Pulse system. This is the most efficient trickle charge mode when a battery is left connected to the charger for an extended period of time. The MXS 3.8 is easy to operate and the entire charging process can be monitored via the clear, easy-to-read display.
