Zendure Superbase B6400 Satellite Battery 6438Wh Semi-Solid-State Extension
The B6400 satellite battery from Zendure (MPN: ZDSATB64000) enables the capacity of the SuperBase V6400 to be extended by 6.4 kWh. A total of up to four expansion batteries can be connected to one SuperBase Powerstation. A SuperBase system can consist of a maximum of two Powerstations, each equipped with a total of four satellite batteries (four per Powerstation). In this way, a total capacity of 64 kWh can be achieved.
Important features
- Connect up to four satellite batteries to one V6400 Powerstation
- Semi-solid-state technology
- Connectivity: Bluetooth, WiFi
- With LED light
- Compatible with the Zendure Smart app
Can be used as an extension and stand-alone
The Zendure satellite batteries are an excellent addition to the SuperBase V power station to expand the capacity of the plug & play system. In addition, they can be used independently as a stand-alone unit thanks to their DC input and output functions. The satellite batteries can be directly connected to each other wirelessly by stacking them on top of each other. However, a satellite battery cable is required for connection to the SuperBase V.
Semi-solid state technology
The SuperBase is the world's first home energy storage system based on semi-solid state technology. This battery technology offers an energy density of over 228 Wh/kg, which means up to 42% more energy per pound compared to lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries. In addition, the battery management software enables an impressive battery life of at least 10 years. The semi-solid-state batteries are manufactured using chemical solvents that remain in the battery and cure to form a solid electrolyte interface (SEI). This boundary layer is much more resistant and less susceptible to chain reactions compared to other lithium-ion batteries. Even when punctured, e.g. by a metal tip, the semi-solid-state batteries are far superior to their competitors due to their excellent safety features. They also offer a higher energy density per unit weight compared to other battery types.
Inputs and outputs
- XT90 input: 12-150VDC-10A, max. 600W
- Auto-charging output: 12.6V-10A, max. 126W
- Anderson:Output: 12.6V-30°, max. 378W*
- XT90 output: 12-60V-10°, max. 600W**
*378W is the max. output power of the combined car socket output and the Anderson interface
**XT90 is set as standard input and can be switched to output via the Zendure app.
