This rubber base from Van der Valk with the Van der Valk product number VDV-729622 - is used for mounting solar panels on a flat roof.

The VDV-741801500 rails are clicked onto this base and then weighted down with ground blocks (VDV-7506303045 and VDV-7506301545).
