Growatt MID 20KTL3-X 20kW 3-phase - On-grid PV inverter (VAT exempt)

The MID series Growatt inverters are particularly well suited for larger PV systems without memory.  They can be used for self-sufficiency or as full feeders. 

The maximum output power of the inverter is 20,000W and the device is compatible with a photovoltaic system with the maximum size of 30kWp.

The maximum efficiency of the inverter is 98.3%. The European efficiency of 97.5% takes into account typical weather conditions in Europe.

The Growatt MID 20KTL3-X1 is transformerless and therefore works particularly efficiently.

The inverter contains three MPP trackers, meaning three independent strings can be connected. This is important if the PV system consists of differently arranged surfaces, for example when oriented east-west.

A 3-phase smart meter is still required to operate the Growatt MID 20KTL3-X1 and is not included.

High safety is an important aspect and is achieved through several features such as built-in DC switch, surge protection, reverse polarity protection and many other protection mechanisms.
