The Start Alarm 124 from Votronic (MPN 0161) is a warning device with an acoustic (beeper) and visual (LED) alarm signal for the starter battery in vehicles with only one battery circuit (in accordance with DIN EN 1789, section 4.3.2). It is intended to warn the vehicle driver in good time of a battery that is no longer able to start. An additional horn, consumer relay or similar can be connected via a switching output (PNP, positive output max. 0.5 A). The self-consumption is less than 3 mA (according to DIN EN 13976).
