With the Acconic Dual V-Mount charger for Sony, two batteries can be charged quickly, simultaneously and independently of each other. It does not matter whether the two batteries have the same capacity.
The charger also has a DC XLR output that can be used to charge and operate compatible third-party devices (camcorders, cameras). If the XLR output is used, no batteries can be charged at the same time.
The charger can also be used as a backup power supply without an AC mains connection. A third device can be supplied with power via the XLR connection when charged batteries are inserted.
The integrated, microcontroller-controlled charging technology automatically detects the required voltage of the inserted battery and prevents overcharging or overheating.
The charger is equipped with a wing stand to maintain a compact design and still guarantee a secure stand.
The V-mount battery system used is a standard that will probably be used in more and more cameras and camcorders in the coming years. This charger is compatible with all batteries based on the V-mount system.
Important information such as connected AC mains connection, inserted batteries and charging or discharging of connected batteries is displayed using multi-colored LEDs.
